Last year the city of Los Angeles passed an ordinance that requires all dogs and cats to be
spayed or neutered unless they are registered with an approved "Registry".

City also rejected the Field Dog Stud Book (FDSB) and the committee's recommendations
would cancel our currant exemptions for approved show, field trial, performance and
breeding dogs registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and also rare breed and
smaller registeries. The recommendations also may affect dogs registered with the United
Kennel Club (UKC) and cats registered with the top three feline registeries.
When Judy Mancuso and her band of raving lunatics, backed by the H$U$, could not get
AB1634 passed last year they went to work on the Los Angeles City Council to pass the
current ordinance. Mancuso also sits on the panel to "approve" registeries even though she
does not live in Los Angeles .......... She lives in Laguna Beach!
If the AKC does not get the lawyers to Los Angeles to fight this ALL will be lost!
Mancuso and her crew will spread this across the nation! possibly next to Dallas or Chicago!

1st Offence is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of 2 days and not more than 6
days, 48 hours and not more than 120 hours community service and a fine of $200.00 not
exceeding $1000.00 dollars.
2nd offence within 7 years is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of 10 days and
not more than 6 days, 100 hours and not more than 200 hours of community service and a
fine of $500.00 not exceeding $1000.00 dollars.
3rd offence within 7 years - guilty of class C felony and surrender of animal!!!

AB15 - Requires local ordanances any sterilization requirements be posted in public parks,
veterinary offices and for a retailer or dealer to disclose to purchaser any sterilization
requirements and local orddinances.

H$U$ and Commissioner Chris G will probably try to use ths as a mandate to pass

AB199 - Dog fighting is a listing of all existing animal fighting ordinances within the state.
As I predicited earlier this year H$U$ is claiming this is THEIR bill and using it for
fundraising
After strong opposition to SB250 (Breeder Bill) just about everyone went "back to sleep".
The three bills passed because there were very few opposition emails and calls to defeat the
bills.
